How long will it take for my furniture to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling and transit.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer fabric swatches before I purchase a sofa?
Yes! We want you to be confident in your choice. You can order up to five fabric swatches for free through our 'Swatch Request' page to test colors and textures in your own lighting.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer flexible financing options through Affirm for larger purchases.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.
